FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I begin?
Starting therapy, especially for the first time, can feel overwhelming.
If you'd like, send me an email to arrange a free 15-minute consultation via ZOOM or phone call.
This brief conversation allows us to discuss your concerns and assess our compatibility in terms of therapeutic approach and personality.
The goal is to find the right fit for you.
If it turns out our partnership isn’t the best match, I’m happy to refer you to someone who may better meet your needs.
How much will it cost?

Out-of-Network and private pay patients may pay per session or through a monthly "Superbill" for their convenience.

Life Coaching (Available to English-Speakers Worldwide):

-
I accept Zelle Quick Pay and most major credit cards.

Sliding Scale Availability
-
To support individuals facing financial challenges, I offer a limited number of sliding scale sessions each week. These are available to those in service-oriented roles (such as military, education, or healthcare) or individuals experiencing significant economic hardship.
-
If you’re interested in a sliding scale session, let’s have a consultation regarding your circumstances to figure out the best course of action.
